Braden G. Strouse
Philadelphia, PA 19103

Braden G. Strouse is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C. where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation.

Prior to joining Simon & Simon, P.C., he practiced at a local Creditors’ Rights Litigation firm, where he represented several nationwide banking and commercial lenders from demand through negotiation, litigation to judgment and judgment to collection. Braden quickly realized that helping the banks in collection litigation was not the path for him, and subsequently joined Simon & Simon, P.C.

Braden earned his J.D. from Widener University – Delaware Law School. While attending law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and sat on the Board of Widener’s International Law Society (ILS) as Chairman of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He also participated in Widener’s well-known Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP). During law school, Braden was an intern at a local area general litigation firm comprised of former State and Federal Prosecutors, where he gained significant experience in Post-Conviction Relief Act (PCRA) litigation.

Prior to law school, Braden moved from his hometown of Pottsville, Pennsylvania to Luzerne county, where he graduated from Misericordia University with a degree in Government, Law and National Security. Braden is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
