Charles (Chad) Williams concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation, particularly where a serious injury is sustained. Since 2013, Chad has represented hundreds of individuals, companies, and organizations (both large and small) in various manners of state and federal casualty and commercial litigation. He has negotiated multi-million dollar settlements and is always looking to achieve the best result for his clients, in whatever form that may take. Chad was designated a Rising Star in Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers magazine in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
Prior to joining Simon & Simon, P.C., Chad was a commercial litigator at a large Philadelphia firm where he advocated on behalf of businesses and individuals in contractual, environmental, criminal, and real estate matters. Before that, he practiced at a regional insurance defense firm. These experiences provide him a unique insight into the potential pitfalls of a personal injury case. He often draws from these experiences to achieve the maximum recovery for his clients.
Chad graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he participated in the school’s rigorous Integrated Trial Advocacy Program to prepare for a lifelong practice in civil litigation. During law school, he served as a clinical clerk for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, which gave him first-hand experience with the federal judiciary and the litigation process. He also served as a Research Editor for the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. Before law school, Chad graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a dual degree in International Relations and Spanish. Chad’s fluency in Spanish has allowed him to make personal connections with clients where English may be the client’s second language.
Chad was designated a Rising Star in Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers magazine in each year from 2019 through 2023, as well as named to Best Lawyers Magazine’s “One’s to Watch!” list from 2020 through 2023.
