Christopher J. Boyle is a trial attorney at Simon & Simon, PC where he now uses his more than two decades worth of experience as a trial lawyer to represent people who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Chris began his legal career in 2001 as a trial attorney in the property subrogation group for one of the largest law firms in America headquartered in Philadelphia, where he tried cases for major insurance carriers, individuals and businesses in a wide variety of matters. Chris then became partner at a boutique litigation firm in Philadelphia where he focused on transportation liability, premises liability, construction accident, products liability, aviation liability and commercial litigation matters.
Chris developed and managed the firm’s emergency response accident team to mobilize experts and investigators in situations where his clients were involved in major accidents requiring immediate response. Chris then became the Chief Trial Attorney for a captive law firm in Philadelphia where he handled the largest exposure cases involving people who sustained catastrophic personal injuries including devastating bodily and traumatic brain injuries.
Chris graduated from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia in 1993 with a degree in food marketing and was employed in the food and pharmaceutical industries. While working full time and starting his family, Chris received his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 2001. Chris has been licensed to practice in the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 2001. He has also been admitted, on a case-by-case basis, to handle cases for clients in a variety of other state and federal jurisdictions.
Chris is a Delaware County native where he resides with his family to this day. When not practicing law, Chris enjoys golfing, fishing for trout and striped bass, and being a Philadelphia Phillies season ticket holder.
