Kane Daly is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C. where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Simon & Simon, P.C., Kane worked at a Philadelphia law firm handling Social Security Disability and Veteran’s Benefits appeals in Federal Court as well as Workers’ Compensation appeals in the Administrative Court system. While in law school, he served as Senior Staff for Widener Law Review and Research Assistant to Professor James May, focusing on large-scale human rights violations in Haiti. Kane is a native of South Jersey and graduated from Stockton College with a degree in Political Science and Korean Language and Literature. Kane is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
