Rachel M. Rosenfeld joined Simon & Simon in 2023. She spent the first 14 years of her career as a defense attorney representing self-insureds and national insurance companies at prominent firms in the Philadelphia area. Rachel then transitioned her career to become a personal injury attorney at Simon & Simon, where she uses her experience with the defense bar to provide zealous advocacy for victims of motor vehicle and premises accidents.
Rachel is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and New Jersey bar and is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts, including the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, and Western District of Pennsylvania. She has been awarded numerous honors during her career including being named a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers every year from 2018 through 2021. Rachel has also authored/co-authored numerous legal articles for local and national publications.
A native of Cheltenham, Pennsylvania, Rachel earned her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She then obtained her law degree from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware, where she served as Articles Editor of the Widener Law Review.
In addition to representing clients at Simon & Simon, Rachel volunteers at the Support Center for Child Advocates, where she represents abused and neglected children who have been declared dependent by Philadelphia’s Department of Human Services. She also serves as an arbitrator on behalf of Philadelphia’s Compulsory Arbitration Program, where she has helped decide countless civil cases.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two children at their home in Delaware County.
