Sam Reznik is an associate attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C. where he concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation.
Prior to joining Simon & Simon, Mr. Reznik has gained heavy litigation experience by clerking for a Los Angeles Superior Court Personal Injury Judge, representing victims of consumer fraud in negligence and Lemon Law matters, defending clients in securities disputes, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters, and prosecuting criminal defendants with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Domestic Violence Unit.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Mr. Reznik attended college at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Urban Development, and a Master’s Degree in Community Development & Planning. Mr. Reznik received his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. While attending Pepperdine, Mr. Reznik was President of Pepperdine’s Micro-Enterprise Program, which helps underprivileged members of the Los Angeles community find gainful employment and launch micro-businesses.
Mr. Reznik is a member of the Brandeis Law Society and Philadelphia Bar Association.
Mr. Reznik resides in Philadelphia with his wife and new born son.
